Ability to disable GM per site like Firebug/Adblock Plus

Gm needs the ability to disable it on a page, site or domain like Firebug or Adblock Plus. This is useful when someone wants to save pages pristinely or have some work, banking or other important sites not be affected in any way without having to toggle GM off temporarily and reloading.

Firebug IMO sets a very good UI example. This means changing the "Enabled" option in the Greasemonkey menu to one "Disable Greasemonkey" and one "Disable Greasemonkey for www.example.com" item, next to one another in the Greasemonkey menu (both checkboxes). (The "Allowed sites" option there is another nice feature.)
