Use a JARed XPI installer

Description

An XPI installer with an inner JAR is smaller to download, and faster to execute. Compatibility with old versions made using a JAR infeasible, but this has recently been voted out (ref).

Investigate if we can/how much we have to change to make this work. See browser:/branches/buildscript/

If it takes too much work/time, this can definitely be postponed past 0.8.

Ad discussed/justified here, the offending (backwards compatibility) code didn't even work, so was removed. This was the only thing holding the jar back!
